Central Coast v Adelaide Round 25 Isuzu UTE A-League fixture postponed:

Central Coast Mariners’ Isuzu UTE A-League fixture against Adelaide United at Industree Group Stadium scheduled for Sunday, April 21 has been postponed.

The fixture postponement comes as a result of the Mariners squad’s delayed transit home from Kyrgyzstan following Wednesday night’s AFC Cup tie with Abdish-Ata Kant.

Flight cancellations from Dubai Airport en route back from Kyrgyzstan, and re-routing of flights due to the adverse weather conditions in the region resulted in the need for Sunday’s Round 25 Isuzu UTE A-League Men fixture to be postponed.

As a result, Central Coast Mariners’ Liberty A-League Women Semi-Final clash with Sydney FC on Sunday will replace the fixture on 10 BOLD, as Sunday’s free-to-air A-Leagues fixture.

Saturday afternoon football ahoy.

City need the win today to get the upper hand going in to the final round. Seeing that WSW are playing Victory in next week - can't count on them for any favours...

Vidmar trusting the subs more than Kisnorbo ever did. Subbing off Leckie and Arslan with 15 to go. 2-1, a goal to WSW turns the battle for 6th spot back to their advantage

9 man MacArthur hold out for a 1-0 win and hold the advantage heading in to the final round.... There's some fascinating battles around each spot on the ladder heading in to the final week.

Ladder heading in to the final round.

Premiers plate on the line. 3 teams battling it out for home elimination finals. 2 teams chasing the last spot in the 6. It's all to play for except for Perth who secured the wooden spoon today.

VAR ruining the Macarthur - Sydney game.
Good case for having it stripped of its powers

So the crazy part was that VAR flagged this for the ref to look at, and he proceeded to send him off.... Only for it to be be reviewed as an error.

Ref could have easily stuck with the yellow he had given him and no one would have an argument.
