A lot of people prepared to die on Dodoro hill.. for some reason

And these are just normal fans who haven't profited millions from Dodo like the current board.

He's going to be at Essendon as long as he wants.

If he didn't disappear like Houdini after every loss he would probably be our next coach.

The guy needs to leave, or Vozzo needs to show some gumption and tell him to heck off. No one in their right mind would survive in corporate based on performance and failure over the past 20 years, no one.

The crap around development and stability, is only a small element. Can't blame list management on that.

Give Rosa clear fresh air (how in the hell can he operate with Adrian's shadow over him?). Adrian if you are reading this and you really love the club than please leave immediately. Thank you.

I couldn't even get past Horace's dog house, Karen won't even talk to me, she's busy complaining to the manager at Bunnings about something

Because you made it after we had a shite loss. When we have these kinds of losses the bigfooty protocol is to blame dodo and sheedy
First, I’ve been a critic of dodo and the club for well over a decade and have been calling for change in this area for at least that long. This wasn’t just an emotional post after a loss which you could have found out if you did a bit of basic research by reading through this thread.

Second, given our record over the last 2.5 decades it is completely fair enough that supporters are frustrated at dodo and his history of underperformance. It is the only area of the club that has not seen change despite every other area having some turnover. If you don’t like reading criticisms of dodo it’s probably best to avoid this thread.

I don't want to be a broken record

But this board's tireless desire to improve is really tiring to experience.

Where's the acceptance? Where's the wallowing?

Just leave Dodoro alone. When he's gone and we're still terrible you'll regret driving him out.

But the EFC consumer confidence index is way down- how are we going to experience uninhibited growth if nobody wants to buy his bullshit?

You're obviously a low achiever. It's about accountability for failure for at least the last ten years, let alone the last 20.
If Dodoro is half the man that he is portrayed to be by his small supporter group, he would accept responsibility and leave the club permanently.

No matter what very few highlights he has had and the challenges with COVID and the supplement saga, he is an abject failure as a professional and to the organisation in his role which is obviously a key component to on field success.

Barham coming out publicly and praising Dodoro was pretty dumb, just gives Dodoro reassurance and confidence that he is/has been doing a great job and in his eyes is indispensable. Which is really really poor.

Not sure how people can have a different view/opinion based on the last 20 years. That is probably more concerning than Dodoro himself.

Methinks he was extracting the urine.

The only remarkable thing I did in 16 years of corporate mediocrity was not get fired

Be interesting to see what this was like at the bye, off the top of my head it probably would have been Merrett, Langford, McKay and maybe Ridley as well depending on whether there is a games qualifier. Maybe Martin as well.

The issue is the same as it always has been, they are not rock hard fit and can’t do it for an entire season.

LOL yes I have noticed the investors are currently lukewarm on our prospects.

To them I say - we're gonna win this next draft so hard it's gonna be whimpering and calling us papa.

If you sell enough hope you can still achieve massive market capitalisation, despite never turning a profit

They have been cap raising for ever...my equity tranche paver at windy hill has been diluted into a pebble in the garden bed

Hold onto that pebble.

If all goes well one day it could be worth about a third of the paver that you bought in the first place.

But then I've also heard a rumour that the croquet club will be gifted all those pavers in exchange for allowing a 10 metre statue of David Myers to be erected on their land.
