Nothing wrong with Zorko, he's a good bloke and has been bloody good this year. Everyone in beat-up land should lay off him. Just because he made some Melbourne cry one time. Probably just didn't realize the bloke was such fragile buttercup.
I'm glad he made Petty cry, I hate that campaigner.

Reckon Zorko's fued with Touk Miller is a big reason people hate on the guy.

2005, 2006, 2012, 2016.
Tight, contested matches with low to middle scoring and the swans go OK with a 2/2 record.

2014,2022,2024.
Open game against teams that can score quickly and heavily, and the swans get belted by over 200 points.

If teams can score heavily and quickly against them, they don't have the firepower to reel them in.

Big difference with midfield of 2012 v 2022/24.

2012 with Kennedy, ROK and McVeigh were up for the scrap. Just contested all game.
110 tackles. Ridiculous.

Heeney, Parker, Warner and Gulden just don’t work hard both ways.
45 tackles for Sydney yesterday.

Longmire has gone away from the contested ball and rely on efficient albeit open ball movement. It doesn’t work in finals and GFs

Need some advice from previous Grand Final winners over the past few years - what is your best purchase memorabilia-wise? Feeling very overwhelmed with all the choices!
Been there done that , my wait was a tad longer ,
How much you want to spend?
A better quality knight poster

A polo shirt with premiers logo
A Guernsey next year with gold logo
Scarf beanie , buy 2 stubby holders ( 1 not to use )
The framed limited edition
signed jersey is over 2 k

I had to wait for months on some stuff due to covid

T'was but a life time ago (and unsure what they do for the premiers in current times)

I usually would get - premiership shirt, premiership polo (I see that they've updated the "premiers 2024" logo - miss the old round circle lol. The (for you 2025) guernsey for the following year with the gold AFL logo and "premiers 2024".

The premiership magazine with photos from the day (match and celebrations).

The dvd of the grand final itself
The "Victory pack" box set (containing the finals series matches involving the premier).

I'd probably skip the dvd and get the bluray of the match (better quality). Shame that in Hawthorn's threepeat era the only time we got the bluray of a grand final win was in 2015.

Various items like a keyring, baseball cap (ours was pretty cool being done by Adidas - at least the 2013 one was). Stein/drinking glass.

The world is your oyster, it's entirely up to you what you buy. Go crazy and buy anything/everything or just select a few items that you'll treasure for years to come.

I've just found a silver lining as a Swans fan. I'm thinking of all the money I've saved on premiership memorabilia these last 4 grand finals.

Swans best players 2014 were ex hawks

Ps 2014 and 2015 might be better quality on Kayo. Just watching the first few mins now. The faces are different but the red shirts are already playing bruise free

Ps we should get lake back to give our tall defenders and Chol some tips about accidentally hurting opponenets
