"The Gold Coast monogram has been reimagined in tribute to 20th century artist and Spanish icon Pablo Picasso, inspired by his 1968 Petit Soleil motif of a smiling sun. Black collar and cuffs feature in a nod to national animal the Andalucian bull, whilst also acknowledging host city Seville, Andalucia's largest city. The Gold Coast colour palette has been swapped out to match the shades of the national flag."
