I've been looking around on the web recently to understand what it's really like training as an afl player and what their week looks like in terms of training and diet and realised there's not much out there or at least I couldn't find much just wondering if anyone has a bit of a Better insight as to what a structured afl players week looks like?
I do realise that every players will be different based on their needs just looking for a general idea thanks
