AFL tells ColLOLingwood and Souf Melbourne to GAGF from Round 5

Everyone’s praising the highly successful Gather Round, well, except for maybe Freo supporters. Cheers for the four points, by the way.

But not enough people are talking about the AFL quietly trialling a new concept: The ‘GAGF Pies and Swannies Round’ concept. It’s still in the early stages of development, but it’s already showing huge potential and proving a winner with fans.

If all goes well this year, the AFL is committed to making this new concept round a permanent fixture each season.
