Girls looking to solidify a place in the 8 with a win on Sunday. Would also make it 5 wins a row, extending our longest winning run in the AFLW.

With 3 games left for the year we probably need to win 2 more to make it so this one would be a huge step forward.

Loved seeing Veseley onball added some size and grunt. Had to combat GWS 3 who is a ball magnet.

We have some really smart players who combine well without there being any real overall game breakers.

Smith is obviously a real talent and hard at it and Prespiakos hands and poise make her an asset in close.

Dals move of Jessie Wardlaw onball was genius and has been a real POD to helpbus win centre clearances which was absent previously.

At times, GWS looked bigger stronger and faster on the outside.....but couldn't finish it off. Us playing plus 1,2 on or behind the ball after half time when players tire also clogs up the game which Dal is instructions I presume.

We should beat Freo and get beaten by Suns and then our finals campaign starts against the Blooos.

We will get shown up by the top teams who can link as well as we do but have a few more athletically gifted footballers than we have.

Finals is a great result for the girls and with some sensible recruiting can only go better next year.

Love the Knock knock start to the song as well...something the boys should adopt.

Looks like they’ve all been on the hooter. Slow and lethargic. The difference in zip between the 2 sides is stark atm. Plenty of time to turn it around. Looks unlikely though at this stage.

Does Stevens have no awareness? Shanked that kick against the Pies last year to seal the win under zero pressure...and now this time too?

Pretty pathetic from the girls here. No intensity, no structure and blind kicks to groups due to no leads. Awful.

Yeah the kick outs have been ordinary and those dump kicks up the ground are just coming back with interest.

How are we behind on possessions and score yet lagging in tackles...

It was shockingly bad. The entire right side of the D50 was open again and again and just needed one player to get separation and lead into that area.

Fremantle arent any better then the other sides weve beaten the last month but look a league apart at this point. There better be a big half time response.
