With her size .. and by that I mean her solid build and frame… and her improving skills.. perhaps she could be the version of Rocky we wanted to see but kind of never really did - at least I did t see at GFC anyway.
Go Catters

We played Rocky out of position though IMO. Should've had her in the middle instead of wasting her up forward where we struggled to get the ball up there. She should've been one of the players getting the ball out of the middle, not being on the end of it.

The game passed her by as well, I think. Wasn't able to run out the game in the middle of the ground anymore and was shuffled up forward to accommodate her limited aerobic capacity. Another one of the echelon in the women's game who really came back to the pack as the draft classes began to massively improve their skills and their endurance.

I'd say yes & no

We could have used a big bodied mid last season, but not sure we would have got enough from Rocky in that role - she struggled last season with repeated efforts & not sure she had the fitness level to play more than a bit role in the guts

Seriously cannot believe this. Even when the AFLW comes around, there he is. Making it all about him again.

I am going not to assume you are not being sarcastic.

If you have a problem with the post then your issue is with the cats social media team, not Dangerfield. Pat turns up to training to support, and you say he is making it all about him. Except he didn't post anything online or do any media.

The social media team made it about pat.

Is it better that he doesn't show up at all? What do you think the team thought when he showed up to their training? I bet they were totally pumped to have him there.

Thanks for that. I was being sarcastic. Was hoping the emoji might give it away.

Erin Hoare has found the perfect job to combine her professional and personal passions: mental health and sports.

An inaugural Cats Women’s player, Hoare is now the Mental Health and Wellbeing Research Lead at the AFL, a part-time role she balances with motherhood and completing her training to become a psychologist.

It is a role she took up in recent months, having been on the AFL’s mental health steering committee prior.

Hoare has a PhD in public health and, during her 2019 season with the Cats, worked as a senior research fellow at Deakin University.

Don't tell me it is only a 9 game season again, it has to slowly go up should be 10 or 11 games and see how it goes.
It is 10 rounds:

The 2022 season marks the first time 10 home-and-away rounds will be played, however the AFL will release round 10 details in a special announcement in the coming days.
