Yep. We're playing a legit top 3 team on the road who didn't really lose any players.

You reckon? You’re probably right, but I think they might look at marketablilty as well as what they offer as players, which means Prespakis, Gee and Toogood would all be in the top tier(s). I’d say it’s a little bit like ‘Stephanie Who?’ in Melbourne.

She's co-captain, and imo easily our biggest loss over the off-season. She has to've been offered tier one.

I've been expecting a massive slide this season, given our outs and departures, but looking at the team sheet for Sunday, I'm feeling it may not be as bad as all that. If (always a big factor) we get the natural improvement you'd hope for from our 2nd and 3rd year players, and if we have a decent run with injuries (ha, ha, ha, ha!), we're not much worse off from last year. Biggest loss is Cain, but Seth coming back in may go some way to offsetting that.

Imagine a full season with both Miller at her best alongside Turbo in the middle. Gore adding depth too. Fingers crossed Eps returns in the back half of the season.

Yeah, I still think we have enough weapons to cause plenty of damage. The AFLW is very much an emerging comp and this season is obviously a bigger leap than most, with lots of turbulence. Our core is pretty tight, we still have plenty of players who are top shelf and if my mate Amy can stake her potential, it could be huge.
