If Sonja is 'comfortable' with the conversation they had in Hobart, that could be the reason Clarko went to Sydney. Perhaps to let them know he's leaning towards us?

Not having a go at anyone either here - just a review of the what has been claimed - but I can't either understand why Clarkson would have verbally agreed to us, and then spent time going to Sydney?

Thank you for anyone willing to provide information, just find it hard to believe he's verbally agreed to coach us if he's still speaking to both clubs (which he's entitled to do)

Again, if he's still two minds by the middle of next week we should be canvasing other candidates (while keeping the door open).

It’s hard to understand because there’s been as much BS stated in this thread as in the media.

Same set of posters have been speaking with absolute certainty and now less certain than a few days ago.

He quotes Clarko and his manager “… we’ll be meeting (North) again in the coming fortnight”

He then goes on to say, he’ll also speak to GWS. Whilst that wasn’t read out as a direct quote he was obviously told that by them.

So this meeting really shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. And despite him meeting GWS yesterday we have another meeting planned.

Perhaps we need to look in our own backyard and understand why we may not be overly appealing to Clarkson!
