Can only take it personally when people smear inner-city leafy suburbs. Especially at this very difficult time of year when all the leaves are about to fall. The Council leaf sweepers can only do so much. The rest is left to little aussie battlers with green waste bins that don't have the leaf capacity.

First, they took away our right to burn leaves, then they made us pay for the bins.

Just wait until they come for your leaf blowers.

Shit will get real.

We work as a collective, brave operators on the front lines, blowing the leaves onto the street. Those too infirm to fight are in the rear, making intelligence advances by angrily calling council for more truck runs.
Keep fighting the good fight. My heart goes out to the Eastern suburbs every Autumn. Leaf based trauma is horrific - the silent epidemic that tears communities apart. It's horror is inescapable, even on the golf course there's leaves everywhere.

You sound like a well drilled, military style organisation.

Can I interest you in a frontline role in the pony wars? We provide free sparkling burgundy and enhancing underwear and the death benefits are world class.

Perhaps you and your troop could consider an alternative? In the New England states in the USA, people travel from far and wide to view the autumn foliage changing colours. It is called "Leaf Peeping" I believe. You could arrange bus trips to the leafy east and then present the tourists with a rake and bag at the end of their tour and make them rake up at least one orange Glad bag of leaves or they wont be allowed back on the bus and instead will be indentured as a domestic servant.

They're reluctant to let the truck driver in to their streets to pick up the leaves, let alone a whole horde of leaf pickers

I heard a report I think it was the BBC that IDF attacked the 1st car and when it was struck by munitions and people who survived the 1st attack jumped in the 2nd car which was then attacked in a same manner with the same result. Then survivors from the 1st two attacks then tried to enter the 3rd car which was also attacked in the same manner. Now the IDF can try and claim a mistake maybe once but 3 times sounds like a targeting to me.

Israel bombing the Iran embassy in Bagdad sounds to me like the Israelis want a wider conflict hoping to draw the US in and they probably will,I wonder what Israeli apologists say now.

In their defence, they thought they were doctors looking to set up a makeshift hospital.

Yeah, like we’re all going to come out in defence of Iran.
Happy for them to be pushed into the sea as well.

Please. South east.

Golf courses with deciduous trees, especially in Melbourne, are an abomination.

It's clear that best practices were not followed and a terrible mistake occurred. People died.

Also, FYI the IDF targeted the Iranian consulate complex in Damascus, Syria. Not Baghdad on the eastern side of Iraq two countries away.

Takes time to set up a makeshift hospital.
You have to wait until the terrorists have dug a few tunnels first!

judging by his history, i'm sure netinyahoo will feed enough hamas fighters so that they have the strength to build the tunnels so that the hospitals can be built...

so israel can destroy them......

as long as there are enough doctors left in gaza to make it worthwhile...

i think thats pretty obvious unless the 6 syrians who died in the attack were on holiday....

When they are up against people with the mentality of people like you it is absolutely no wonder the Arabs do not want Israel there because I am certain that you are indicative of most people in Israel.

Instead of condemning the IDF you want to make cheap political comments, this is exactly why the Israeli lobby are more concern with Israel than their fellow countryfolk, disgraceful is what you are you are the same one who said they are all animals drive them into the sea.

I'd be surprised if people genuinely believe that the killing of the aid workers was a mistake.

The IDF have butchered 12,500 children, presumably because they are the future of resistance, so why wouldn't they murder the people trying to keep the enemy alive?

The logic of genocide is a bit brutal, but it's clear enough.

The latest "explanation" that I heard...and it mightnt be current because explanations can change to adapt to new information ..... is that there was a single hamas gunman at the aid headquarters and the israelis thought he might be in the convoy. One can only think, using the israeli logic, that he was assumed to be in the first vehicle and then it was assumed that he had escaped and got into the 2nd vehicle...and then a 3rd. I heard that the boys in charge of the attack assumed that he might have gotten to a hospital so they went off and bombed that a few times to be sure to be sure to be sure...

so evidently there is going to be an investigation.....similar to the one promised for Hind Rajab

let me remind people....

The US government has called for an investigation into the “heartbreaking” death of Hind Rajab, a six-year-old Palestinian girl who had begged Gaza rescuers to send help after being trapped by Israeli military fire.

“I will tell you that I have a little girl that’s about to turn six, and so it is just a devastating account, a heartbreaking account for this child,” US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said in a press briefing on Monday.

“We have asked the Israeli authorities to investigate this incident on an urgent basis,” he said.

so once again, we're going to have an alleged investigation....and in reality it doesnt matter because we know what happens when the israelis are asked to find out the truth...

Mate the only mistake Israel has made in this Genocide was when the IDF shot 3 of the hostages whilst they were waving white flags that in itself shows how moral the Israeli army is, no international condemnation of shooting someone waving a white flag.

I think that shows Israel,s intention all along,to think I thought the Israeli,s were not far short of the Germans in the 2nd WW I think the last 6mths have opened a few people,s eyes as to what Israel is capable of.

Ps I never used the N word but I did not have to, they have shot so many civilians it is obvious who the IDF takes after.

it seems that israel has renamed the IDF the klutziest army in the world.....12,000 ooops and counting...

I just wish they wouldnt ask their head of media to make a statment every frigging time that they make a mistake. His creepy lurch manner is giving me nightmares...

bring back mark regev.... he was an aussie and he was friendly and had a affable method of telling lies.

The War on Children is going well. They've been bombed, shot, and now starved.

All hail the most moral army in the world.

More weasel words from Albo. The UN and others condemning the attack that killed the Australian aid worker, whereas Albo qualifies his feeble comments with 'and of course PM Netanyahu has guaranteed full transparency in the investigation that's to take place' as though that's going to placate anybody and reassure us that the investigation will be totally above board. I hate Albo. If he has balls, they'd be the size of baby peas, the sort of testicles you'd expect to find on a new born child.

Reminds me of the Coodabeens - "Man from Canterbury" - iirc he had an autumnal addiction to piles of smoking leaves in the leafy suburbs ....
