This guy was involved in the aljazeera report on the hamas attack.

I know the israeli apologists will say that he is lying for 16 minutes but he sounds awfully convincing for all of it and he actually addresses a number of key events in the attack....and many of the allegations made by the israelis. I dont think anyone can question that israelis were murdered that day but he says that there is no evidence of beheading and systematic rapes. He also says that many of the israelis were killed by israelis.

Once again, I'm aware of the origin of this video but the person involved appears to have a lot more credibility than a game-show hostess.

This thread is creating more moderation and generates more reports than the whole of the Collingwood forum.

There was a terrorist attack just up the road. A stabbing. But I won't stoop to low levels and push any sort of agenda wrt this particular incident.

The worse of agendas being pushed on the back of these type of incidents is on the society board.

I've barely posted in this thread the past week, I do hope the 'dobbing' isn't in regards to me, cause I sure do know there's been a ton of vitriol directed at me.

How about this. Stop pushing agendas and start actually.mourning the dead. Friend of a friend is John Stapleton, who's daughter was killed. Peace out.

No it didn't. It looked like psychosis and not rational at all.

Jumping to islamic terrorism was and is Islamophobia.

Media Watch covered it last night. So easy to jump to the wrong conclusion for some who should know better.
Channel 7 even named the wrong person. Media is rubbish.

To be fair, no one in this thread suggested it was Islamic terrorism.

Iirc the popular theory was that it was a radicalized Jew in the Australian media circles.

I would hardly call that theory popular beyond nutjob circles on social media - it just so happens that Channel 7 happen to also occupy those nutjob circles. I hope Mr Cohen gives them hell

Vindy just said that he was referencing either Islamic or white nationalism with his terrorism comment.

Considering the context do you think it fair to say that he's thrown in white nationalism to make himself look more balanced?

There were 3 main 'theories' which quickly popped up:

1. Islamic terrorism
2. Benjamin Cohen...which received media attention because it was propagated by Channel 7
3. Asylum seeker/refugee.

The moral is that most people are utterly mad.

No, it actually isnt fair Maggie. Terrorism is violence with a political motive. You have this wrong.
