I’m really happy with his appointment, he seems a grounded/solid individual and a non-political nomination was smart. For those that missed him last Fri on SEN this was another interview with him

Interesting comment right at end - Caro's understanding is Gale is looking at properties in Hobart.Caro on 3AW just reiterated that Benny Gale is being sounded out as the first Tassie Footy CEO. Would be a cracking appointment.

Will keep trying.
It's probably been said but obviously when teams get funding they build stadiums and facilities that include things that are accessible to the public. With the outrage that has been has it been said publicly that the new facilities will include medical and other health and education facilities for the public? Need to get in partnership with the Uni and Tafe. That way people can't say the money isn't being spent on health and education because it will be in a way. St Kilda as an example at RSEA.
Good pick up, if that’s the case. Would offer so much to the club having him on boardInteresting rumour shared by Brent Costelloe during the SEN Tassie show this morning. Brent said that he’s heard Jack Riewoldt is set to become the first paid employee of the Tasmanian Football Club. Jack’s role is likely to be an ambassadorial one where he will promote the club throughout the state and the wider AFL community. If true, this is a huge appointment and yet another example of this club doing everything the right way so far.
