I don't think we need to be negative about the Schachle. Did ok down back with minimal training last year. I'm excited to see what he can do with a fair bit more development put into him as a defender.

I really do hope that he comes to be a key part of the team and succeeds but I just don’t see it happening unfortunately. My pessimistic side has taken over in regards to his and Englishs development.

We are in that transitional phase between off season unbounded optimism (“we’ve got such great depth!!”) and early season despair.

It should level out by about mid-season.

There are no limits on bench and interchange right? So why not name Sweet, play Martin a half and Sweet the other. Bevo must have been absolutely bleeding that he had to re-sign Sweet.

Bevo never uses the additional bench allowances for preseason games. He always runs out the team under the normal season rules to get them match fit.

Darcy is out for the first half of the year. That really sucks.

Dunno if it's that bad. Takes the pressure off playing this year, which he shouldn't anyway (or barely). Also let's him focus on bulking up in the gym (and lunch room)!

Yeah I know, just foot injuries are scary. Especially for someone of his height and likely weight range to play AFL.

Honestly his decision making was pretty bad last year even in the VFL, he'd get a bunch of it thanks to intercepting but he'd just bomb it up the wing and down an opponents throat.

I'm just trying to fill the void left by that poster that never had anything positive to say about the club. (I apologise in advance though, I could never stoop to that level of negativity, especially as his negativity increased AFTER we won a flag. )

On the kayo issue, can get 2 streams for 25 a month. 15 a month on some deals (eg Telstra).

Find a mate, split it, and you've got all AFL games in a month for the cost of a pie and coke.

Makes sense, he didn’t play the third quarter. So probably looking to get a full game into him.

He was a genuinely very strange guy. He did all the belittling but couldn’t see it. Came at me once for literally no reason and then spent months going out of his way literally putting down every single individual post I made. Really bizarre, then would claim he was the one being bullied and singled out.
He was also clueless about modern football.
