There IS no-one else
I see today the Sun has gotten together with the AFL and some others to retrospectively award ANZAC medals to the first 5 games (the medal only started in 2000 with Hirdy the inaugural winner).

The first one has gone to Sav Rocca for 9 goals in the 95 draw and the rest will be revealed 1 day at a time. This got me wondering and as I don't recall details of all the games, as an exercise, who do we think will get the other 4?

Will Essendon and, specifically, Hirdy add to their tally's. What do you guys think?

Good question.

Based on my research, Jimmy has all but no chance of claiming any more, playing only in the 95 and 96 games (missed the rest of the years with injury), to which both were losses and he was hardly outstanding.

More than prepared to eat my words.

1997 3: Damian Monkhorst (CW) 2:Gavin Brown (CW) 1:Matthew Lloyd (ES)
1998 3:Nathan Buckley (CW) 2:Stephen Patterson (CW) 1:Alex McDonald (CW)

Not that they mean much
