Finally a thread. Time for a rant about this competition

1. The only reason this competition exists is to create more India v Pakistan games, nothing wrong with that. However, they have fixtured it as such that India and Pakistan potentially play each other 3 times. Nepal get the raw end of the stick here having to play both teams, knowing there is no chance for qualification to the next round. And then Afghanistan unfortunately are met with the same fate because one team needs to be eliminated from the other group. With 6 teams, fixturing should be play each team once, and then the top two into the final.
2. The BCCI created a stink over playing in Pakistan so much so that there were only a handful of games in Pakistan in the end. Suck it up BCCI, Pakistan are travelling around India next month for the ICC WC. What is this behavior? . It's poor and petty.This took over a month to resolve. And in so, they have moved the games to Sri Lanka.
3. In the second phase of the tournament, rain has been a key concern for organizers. However, why only schedule a second day for the India v Pakistan game? Why aren't Sri Lanka and Bangladesh being afforded the same service by having a second day scheduled if their games are washed out. This is ****en stupid and pointless.

Other than that, I would actually like to see more teams in the competition. Oman, Hong Kong, and some of the minnows could really do with some more cricket.
And why keep switching between T20 and ODI for the sake of the next tournament, it reeks of trying to be more desperate.
Also there is an Asian Game tournament that starts soon that has more teams and heaps of minnow nations. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh all have a 1st round bye straight into the knockout stages, with Afghanistan having to go through the group stage
