What a race by the men’s teams pursuit. Gold in 1984, 2004 and I think we are due…
I'm not a fan of saying 'due' when it comes to sport. Gives a sense that you are entitled to winning just because a period of time has elapsed. Doesn't work like that.

Amazing skateboarding performance. Just watched the replay. Couldn't believe the Japanese girl in second was scored so highly. Trew looked heaps better to my untrained eye. So was the British girl in 3rd.

Let's hope Keegan Palmer gets us the double tonight. He was also clutch in Tokyo. But at 21, he might be over the hill now.

Back and rested for the mens skateboys tonite.
Amazing result for our mens team pursuit with a WR
Nina Kennedy goes for gold at an unfortunate hour this morning
And let's hope finally
we get to see Matt Wearn race for gold.
High jump mens qual this evening and womens javelin.

Thankfully the pole Vault lines up with the Men's Track Pursuit. If I'm going to be up for 1, may as well stick around for the other.

And hopefully an aussie in the skaters final.

Don’t forget Matt Denny in the shotput final as well.

So if Sydney didn't host the Olympics in 2000 the Fox sisters won't be competing for Australia os that right?

The poms will be hard to beat in the team pursuit
The Aussies broke the WR and had over a second on the Poms. You would think the Aussies are favourites.

Poms are still the team to beat. We might have broken the WR but their team is stronger than ours.
