They were never considered a genuine chance and never looked it all tournament outside the NZ match.

Yeah we're at the stage where the hockey teams go to water, even if they win this. Have done it for 20 years.
A shame because as a young hockey player the Kookaburras winning in Athens is my favourite Olympic moment of all time.

Alanah Yukich finished equal 2nd in the 400m hurdles repechage and is into the semi finals! Same time down to a thousandth of a second.

She's qualified in a PB.
