Baseball GM on Radio SEN.

Wondering if the forum can help. I guess it was at least ten years ago a baseball GM (may have been a different role - memory a little hazy) used to phone into Radio Station SEN for a weekly catch-up. I believe he was from either the Rays or the Marlins. Was also a movie buff cum reviewer. Can anyone remember his name please? Very grateful for any help.
