The funny thing is he clearly camps the objectives in order to kill whore and add nothing to his team yet his K/D is only 1.3. If any decent player tried his method you should have a k/d over 3.....

It seems to be scrapmetal that brings the scrubs out a bit more, opration 925 and ziba tower flow alot better and give them less camping spots. I run squad flack when playing CQ making claymores irrelevant unless they have placed 2 in a row like the noob that they are.

Finally got my K/d up to 1.00 after it was .57 when I first started!

2xp announced for Monday 2nd July. Finishes Wednesday for non-premium, Sunday for premium.

This mean 3 things....
Finish unlocking stuff for the attack chopper.
Unlock some stuff for jets.
Get the spm above 700. Currently 630.


From what I've been told the best way to rank up jets is to get into a rush server with Kharg & Caspian. Grab a Frogfoot or Warthog anti tank jet. Fly as high as possible them take aim at a slow moving tank and hold the trigger. The chain gun is OP and you'll be wrecking tanks with ease.....

Attack chopper..... Done! Unlocked ECM, guided & TV in one 56-2 slaughter on Caspian. Top level pilot helps alot!

Jets? Like getting blood from a stone.... So painful.

SPM 700? Gone from 630 to 652 already with 5 days left!

Still cant believe grro got the maps for free, someone else who hasn't got them yet give it a go, could be a bug on EAs end all you non-premiums can exploit for the next pack.

Awesome session last night. First 5 games I played....

1. Join game. Don't even spawn. Your team lost.
2. 32-12. 2 bases into a Rush game. Lose connection to EA.
3. 18-5 against some clan I never heard of on their server. Kicked.
4. 41-7. MVP by a mile. Pretty even contest ticket wise. Lose connection to EA.
5. Join game. Don't even spawn. Your team lost.

Why do you even have BF3? You can't get a throwing knife kill across the map nor can you quick scope like it's MW3.

Can't be good as a majority surely? I'm sure they are ok in smaller titles, but they shouldn't do it to blockbusters such as BF, COD etc

No thank you. Will find a different game to play if this occurs.

When the amount you're willing to spend has more input in the result of a gunfight that skill then there is something fundamentally wrong with the model. And yes of course the more expensive weapons HAVE to be more powerful to justify the $$ cost.

BTW $1 US for gaming content will get jacked up to $1.80 AUD for no real reason, even with a strong dollar. Just look at recent DLC for both CoD & BF......

Sounds terrible.

Crytek have already stated that their future games will all be F2P, starting with their most recent horribly cliche Shooter, Warface. They're definitely a big developer in terms of size, but game quality wise, will anybody care about them?

Activision is doing a F2P model for COD in China, wouldn't be surprised if that migrates over to other countries if it works well enough there.

I'm guessing a lot of people will be looking at Dust 514 and seeing how that goes once it arrives on PSN in a few months. It's doing the F2P model and attempting to do it in a manner that doesn't unbalance things.

The only way F2P will work for me to 'buy into it' is if I don't actually have to spend money in order to compete, but obviously then where does the incentive for devs and publishers to make money come from with that sort of model?

I guess potentially the best thing that will have to come from the F2P model is that devs will definitely have to lift their game or risk not getting any money at all since they are basically making full game demo's.
