Given it is the offseason i have decided to start a thread to determine the movers and shakers of bay 13.

It is quite a simple structure. We will split the income categories as follows:

Tier 5: $0 - $50,000
Tier 4: $50,001 - $80,000
Tier 3: $80,001 - $110,000
Tier 2: $110,001 - $150,000
Tier 1: $150,001 - $200,000
Jade’s Tier: > $200,000

I’ve told people time and time again to stop excluding the following when putting my salary together:
- bonus
- super
- additional super contributions
- vehicle lease
- tax
