Basic rules:
Roles will be randomly assigned and communicated via PM (except villagers). The village must identify and kill all players not aligned with the village before non-village players can satisfy their win condition(s).
Each day will consist of two phases:
Night phase (9:30pm – 9:30am Melb time)
Players with night actions will nominate targets via PM during this phase. Actions can be placed in advance of the night phase. Nominations will not be accepted after deadline whether or not it has been announced in the thread. Each individual player has final say of their own action, but when in a faction does not have to specifically confirm the action. Providing no comment regarding a player's own action will be taken as agreement with actions already posted by other faction members.
Day phase (9:30am – 9:30pm Melb time)
After the results of night actions have been announced all players will publicly vote to lynch a player during this phase. Votes will not be accepted after deadline whether or not it has been announced in the thread.
Voting:
All votes and change of votes must be bolded and have myself tagged. If your vote is not bolded/tagged it will not be counted. You do not have to provide a reason for your vote for it to be valid. I will react with the WOW reaction on posts with valid votes.
Multi lynch is allowed. There will always be a lynch in each day phase.

DISCUSSING THE GAME
While the game is running players are not permitted to discuss the game anywhere but in this thread, the Dead PM or PMs related to this game, if you have one. Posting any screenshots and direct quotes from PMs are prohibited. Players caught breaching these rules will be modkilled without warning and denied entry to the Dead PM.
Deleting or editing your posts in the game at any time will result in a modkill

DEAD PLAYERS
Players who are killed are permitted to post a farewell post provided that it does not impact the game (eg. “thanks for the game” or “good luck”). Dead players must leave the game immediately and are not permitted to post or like posts in the game thread or any PM they are a part of (except the Dead PM) until the end of the game.

Role List:
Mafia
Each night phase, can carry out a factional kill of the player of their choice, undertaken by the lowest ranking faction member.
Godfather - Night immune to kills/recruitment; seers as a Villager; each night phase, can seer a player of their choice, revealing their role.
Role Blocker - Each night phase, can block another player's action. Cannot target the same player in consecutive nights.
Manipulator - Each night phase, can secretly manipulate one player's vote onto a different player in the following day phase.
Goon - Assists with kills.
WIN CONDITION – Eliminate the Werewolves, Serial Killer, Vampires and equal or outnumber the Village.
Werewolves
Each night phase, can carry out a factional kill of the player of their choice, undertaken by the lowest ranking faction member.
Alpha - Night immune to kills/recruitment; seers as a Villager; each night phase, can seer a player of their choice, revealing their role.
Beta - If still alive when the Alpha dies, the Beta will grow into a new Werewolf Alpha.
Cub - Once dead, the Werewolves get to carry out an additional kill and seer (undertaken by lowest ranking faction member) in any subsequent night phase.
Wolf - Assists with kills.
WIN CONDITION – Eliminate the Mafia, Serial Killer, Vampires and equal or outnumber the Village.
Neutral
Serial Killer - Night immune to kills/recruitment; Seers as a Villager; each night phase, can kill a player of their choice.
WIN CONDITION – Survive to the final 5.
Evil Doctor - Seers as a Villager; receives a list of all Mafia/Werewolf players but not their roles; each night phase, can protect (from kill actions) a player of their choice. Cannot protect the same target on consecutive nights.
WIN CONDITION - Wins with Mafia or Werewolves.
Doppleganger - At the start of the game, a non-Neutral role is randomly selected and the Doppleganger then becomes an exact copy of that role in all facets of the game (apart from Win Condition).
WIN CONDITION - Survive to the final 5, game continues, does not block any other Win Conditions.
Head Vampire – Can choose to recruit on odd nights, kill on even nights. Once dead, the Vampire faction can no longer recruit but can still kill on even nights. Faction maximum is four players. Seers as Villager. Recruited vampires keep any ability from their original role and seer as their original role + "recruited". Recruited vampires win via the Vampire Win Condition, not their original faction's Win Condition.
WIN CONDITION - Eliminate the Mafia, Werewolves, Serial Killer and equal or outnumber the Village.
Village
True Seer - Can seer a player of their choice each Night Phase; always gets the true result (except where noted in a role description); does not know if they are the true or false seer and cannot seer them self.
False Seer - Can seer a player of their choice each Night Phase; always gets a randomised false result; does not know if they are the true or false seer and cannot seer them self.
Vigilante - Each night phase, can kill a player of their choice.
Doctor - Each night phase, can protect (from kill actions) a player of their choice. Cannot protect the same target on consecutive nights.
Mayor - Their lynch vote counts as two votes during each Day Phase.
Priest - Can twice give a blessing to a player at any time during the game which protects the blessed player from all actions in the current and subsequent phase. Cannot bless themselves or the same player twice.
Flogs - Three players that share a PM and have three one-off Night Phase actions: Kill, Protect (from kill actions only) and Seer.
WIN CONDITION - Eliminate the Mafia, Werewolves, Vampires and Serial Killer.
Amulet - The Amulet protects from all night and following day actions. It will be randomly handed out at the start of the game and must be passed on before the end of the next day phase or it will be randomly assigned. The amulet can only be passed within a faction once. The Amulet will vanish at a random point during the game.
Mod Notes:
Signups close Sunday 17th Dec 6pm, game to start that night.
Please note adjusted phase times (9.30am to 9.30pm each day)
Game starts at Night 1.
