The coach of a Victorian finals team is a medically diagnosed alcoholic.
Aforementioned mate is a supporter of this club and someone I consider very trustworthy and has no reason to make s**t up.

That looked interesting and since I don't live far away, I googled it. Unfortunately, it's now "permanently closed".

The brewery who ran Zymurgy had no idea how to run a bar/restaurant outside of their brewery bar, so ran it into the ground.
They had the 'build it and they will come' approach but their arrogance tripped them up when they didn't do anything to keep the crowds coming in the door so it died a slow and painful death when there was so much potential and a large market.

A bunch of high school kids could have run a bar better than they did
