It's over a quarter into the year, what are the best songs of 2008 so far? I'll do one of these every 3 months so it will be easier to work out a more even list at the end of the year.

I nominate Make It Wit Chu by Queens of the Stone Age and Sleep Through the Static by Jack Johnson, or anything off that album. That guy really knows how to write a good song.

I really like There You Go Again aswell but everyone has been trying to tell me its crap
 
The age of the understatement - The last shadow puppets

I've avoided it as much as possible, because I don't want to drain myself of it before the album is released but its damn fantastic.

Cant be helped though, its head and shoulders above anything else Ive heard this year :thumbsu:
