The Olympic Games have their first results and Phoronu has its first medal, only a bronze which we think should have been gold, but with that result the finger is off the trigger for those who oppose us for now.

Now the world has been introduced to the Olympic logos of the participating nations. Again we ask how do they rate? We have sat down and had a look at each of them.

Here are our ratings:

The Most Serene Republic of Phoronu (PHO) - Again a picture of perfection and national pride. We may be a bit biased but this is clearly our favourite again11/10


The Rogue Nation of Povlov (POV) - A little too fishy for our liking 2/10


The Islands Republic of Saint Dremaine (STD) - Holy F (flower). Beautiful logo.8/10


The Commonwealth of New Edmund (EDM) - Shield, flag, off centre text. Meh. 3/10


United Socialist States of Spensar (SPE) - Did someone accidently press the fill tool by accident 1/10


The Socialist Republic of Vryheed (VRY) - Basically the flag in a shield, except the horses are now flying4/10


The Hateful Hating Hated Haters of Hatesmanville (HIV) - Hate is still the right word. 1/10


Azeriak Republic (AZK) - Another shield. Is that a fox? 1/10


The Czerenian Republic (CZE) - Nice for a coat of arms, no Olympic reference. 3/10


Corsorian State (COR) - It's a shield, but dawn it works. 9/10


The Sovereign Republic of Ottama (OTT) - Really liking this brand. Again a shield and part of the flag, but something makes it work. 8/10


People's Free Republic of Silveron (SIV) - Too complex, feels communist 5/10


The Combined Territories of Southern and Western Relbmuf (CTSWR) - ... 1/10


Republic of Kucheoria (KCH) - Gradient. Not a good gradient 3/10


Island Republic of Medito (MED) - Last week we called the flag corporate. This week we know why. It is a mirrored Adidas logo with wings. 6/10


Again good luck to all the Phoronuan athletes, bronze was good but the leader would prefer you bring us home plenty of gold, or you know what will happen.
