Sir Richard Hadlee. Still recall reading his rod walloper columns in the local papers during a Kiwi tour to Australia. No wonder the crowds started heckling him with Hadlee's a w*nker choruses. Well justified. I'm pretty sure he refused to share the winnings from some player of the series award he got with his team mates.

Yeah, seems to do everything right. Good fighter and tactician and has an air of authority which puts pressure on the opposition.

With the help of google, Havelange was the FIFA head honcho before Blatter and as far as I can tell the Greek guy is a basketball ref. I think the Argies have a problem with authority.
