Strachan's clearly not up to it at all, but that doesn't mean ROB is anything more than a very average AFL ruck
My guess is that the club currently doesn't see the ruck position as a huge area of in-game importance whatsoever - thus not really seeing the need to upgrade on ROB in the past few years, or even find his eventual replacement
