I don't run much these days, but having 6 dogs makes sure I walk plenty every day... regardless of the weather.
Last walk tonight discover 3 ducklings stuck in sormwater grate yet again... so another call to the council... & mother duck much calmer now they are out.

Not at all instal for someone in their 30s to post a pb for running .as part of a running club I know lots of people that run pbs in middle to long distance running in their 40s - 50s.
Would it be safe to eat ducks like those?

Years ago, there was a guy that played in the first group on Saturdays at Mt Barker that would take out a club and throw it helicopter style about 1 metre off the ground so when the ducks took off it would get one of them. He’d put it in his golf bag and eat it for dinner.
I saw this once, asked him wtf? He blurted something like mind your own business … i asked the club if they were aware. Duck killing stopped!
