Reflecting on some of the posts in here from earlier today, maybe this is part of being conservative with our battering ram mids and not burning out like 2022...
Both Martin and Kennedy would play this week if we were still in pre-2023 approach.
Our bottom six is stronger than it has been for a while meaning the necessity to push guys to play with injury is reduced.
Strong clubs have been operating like this for a long time.
We haven’t had the list depth to do so.
Part of the method is giving players confidence that we can win no matter who takes the field. Aligns nicely with the fact that our approach to injury management has become more conservative.

I love the way you write. You are so skilful, do you do creative writing for a career?
I was speaking to someone in PR recently and she mentioned good writers are impossible to find in marketing teams now. (in case considering a career change)
ChatGPT will fix that little problem

"Matty got a tight hamstring, we think its minor but need to wait and see" - Vossy
Watched the replay, definitely minor.

Saw him stretching his hamstring after he kicked his 2nd goal with still over 5 min left in the 1st quarter. Watched him closely, was still running around up until the siren, then got subbed off just after quarter time.

Hopefully just 1 week out.

Just guessing here, but Acres injury didn't look like it was his shoulder troubling him, seemed like he was holding/pressing his peck muscle
chicken little thread
