This is where I'm at with Caleb. Absolutely wish him the best. He seems to be a great bloke, with some amazing talent, from what we have been able to see.
I hope he gets back to playing, whether with us, another team, or even at a lower level if it doesn't work out, but until he can at least string together half a season at VFL level without getting injured, he doesn't factor into any of my best sides or future plans. It honestly wouldn't bother me if we didn't get any updates on him and one day he was just named in the VFL out of nowhere.

Might seem harsh, but we have to move past him, rather than hoping/dreaming that he comes good and who he replaces in the side.

So long as the spine is in tact, and we have close to a full compliment of midfielders, we’re ok.

While Docs presence and seniority is important to the team, a 4-6 week injury to a half back flanker a should not cause a team to spiral out of control.

Voss said in the North post match presser that he doesn’t really know the extent of any injuries until Monday or Tuesday when the players come back to the club and post match niggles and pains have had a couple days to either settle or have developed into a problem.
