After the moderately-successful :$ Collingwood documentary featuring their 2023 season (which nobody asked for), the Pies are set to release the not-so-anticipated sequel!

The new documentary showcases their 2024 season to this point in time, and they have just released an exclusive first-look:

I heard the players want Mason Cox out of the club because he's such a w***er.

Someone tell those flogs to put the camera down and get a win first.
Did you say "get a wing"? ;)

Pistol Night back from holidays soon to sort things out.
Ahahahah
Colliewobbles again
Ahahahah
Saints will trash them this week
Son your poetry skills are abominable.

The Blues pretend to finals quality
Such forwards! Marking giants! Leaders all!
And crumbers lurking hungry for the ball
But all who know them know this will not be

Their dreams and plots reek of futility
In August Pies will pass them overall
Before September Navy Blue will fall
Then all their weekends will be football free

Does fly always talk like he's telling some whimsical fairy tale or is he just a knobhead
When he first spoke about coaching, "I'm a winner, everything I do is the actions of a winner" it was cringeworthy.

Nothing wrong with self regard, but it's almost always accompanied by hypocrisy and tosser behavior.

Self deprecation, to the degree of brutal self cruelty (eg Matthews brutal assessments) or ultra defensive (to the point of open hostility likeMalthouse) is more typical of effective Australian coaches. Even a more "new age" type like Dimma can be harsh when he has to be, even with his genial generosity.

Fly hasn't really put a foot wrong. He is at a racist arrogant club, with a tradition of harsh defensive footy and iron gameplans. He's changed the gameplan to more creative , the mood to generous, the messaging to positive.

He's been part if addressing racism through complete honesty, and instead of lecturing or pussyfooting about issues like booing and negativity he's directed energy and modeled good behavior, and evaded getting railroaded or bogged down.

It's still weird he talks like a grade 4 teacher but it's about right for the players and the supporters like me. He hasn't lied or betrayed his ideals. Most of what he does is good for the game.

It's weird he's a Malthouse student. I guess he learned a lot but decided to make his own way. He's not brutal like Matthews was. That man has a piece of Hell inside him.

I blame Darcy Moore and

Probably the most measured and articulate response I've ever seen on the bay! You're spot on though. I guess we will see how he goes in a losing season in the coming years. Maybe this year.
