Brendan "Nashie" Nash
Has anyone heard of this kid. He is a freak. He has better ball skills than anyone i know and can kick a ball 60m acuratly. He has moved down from Parkes in NSW and is getting a regular game in the Seniors for Koroit rather than Falcons because he wants to support Grass roots. He is a medium well size speedy rover. He played in the interleague seniors side and was named Deputy Vice Captain. All this and he has only just turned 17. He is a future prospect for clubs in the AFL, VFL or VAFA to look into. I would predict that he is not old enough to be drafted this year but next year he will go top 10. This kid was asked to captain the Geelong Falocns this year, but declined because his father in sinvolved with the Geelong Falcons and he thought it may be inappropriate if the two of them were at the same club!

This kid is unreal watched them on the weekend,they got beaten but the way this kid was playing you wouldnt know he was playing for the losing side.it is a real credit to him that he kept his head up and racked up 30+ possetions and 3 out of 5 goals.

If all of this is true about this kid he must be something special. although i find it very hard to believe that a 17 year old would be named deputy vice captain of a senior interleague team in his first year of the competition. i also find it hard to believe that he was offered the captaincy at the falcons even though he had never been down there. know plenty of people that have been through the falcons and it wouldnt happen like that.
