The AFL has said it can't/won't make a decision, probably because they are too gutless, so we'll just say we've spoken to Collingwood and said we are wearing it.

Dear AFL

We will be wearing our traditional jumper for all showdowns in 2023 and move to all home games from 2024.

The AFL has no stipulation that black and white is only allowed for Collingwood and we will happily see Collingwood in court if they want to be pathetic.

To me the club should have aimed much higher and started with wearing it at all games bar Collingwood, then there is room for negotiation. Back down to all home games then to Showdowns.

It's like say selling your car were you over price it, then the buyer thinks he/she is getting a good deal when they negotiate you down.

Our club leaders are weak as pi**, it's something we as supporters have to live with now, we are seen as the pushover club. We get screwed with our heritage jumper, screwed by the cheating umpires, screwed at the tribunal. We are like Koch head said, a little old club from Alberton. Ah the price we pay to play in an expanded VLF competition.

We seem meek in many levels.

The current board seems unwilling to do anything other than keep towing the line. Ken, Jumper, stability….
