So what you are listening to is not what you are seeingor do it the old-fashioned way like i always do and just have the radio/stereo positioned next to the tv - mute the tv while the game is on and only unmute it when there is a player being interviewed during the pre or post game stuff

BT needs to take a listen to how Eddie commentates. Sure Eddie would have a fair bit more going on between the ears, but his commentating is a breath of fresh air after hearing BT last night. I never thought that I would be talking Eddie up in an internet forum.

Aren't all goals kicked in a row? like 1, 2, 3, 4 etc?

its only a few seconds delay (not minutes) which doesn't bother me.
Wouldn't be any worse than having BT mess up players names and rabble on about meaningless shit while there's a game on.

Had to laugh at BT calling Kane Mitchell Iron Man and going mental because he chased up his own kick before any St Kilda player could get to the ball in the last quarter, only to be told it was Wingard who had actually kicked it.

I don't like either combo, but at least Eddie attempts to commentate. If you were blind and listened to BT on 7 on any Saturday night, you would have no idea what was happening in the game. Yes, Eddie gets names wrong. BT also gets names wrong, but he also does not call the game, as a result of been to busy talking s*@t. Yes Eddie does barrack a bit, but did you watch the Saints Port game on Saturday night? Were BT & Darcy not barracking for the Saints? Did they not whinge about every free kick they thought that the Saints should of got or did not get?
IMO Eddie is bad but he is tolerable. I can't say the same for BT and Darcy. If I watch anymore of their games this year it will be without volume.
