Vandermeer first game back in a while.
Keath back in and hopefully on notice.

Strong opposition in Freo but I’m reasonably confident. That usually means a resounding loss. But not today!

But in bulldogs thread I never seen any thing bad about Freo from any dogs fans . Even when freo play other teams in your non bulldogs thread always full support for Freo. Same way in any thread of Froe you wont find any bad thing about Dogs. We know there are lot of rivalries between clubs but friendship between clubs may be a new thing?
I don't know the reason for the friendliness between the clubs... may be the amount of ex bulldogs in our coaching panel and management recently? But even prior to that I feel the same...
So I don't care who wins today.. hope it will be a good game

I've always had a soft spot for Freo although I'm not sure why. Great side to watch this year. A lot of very likeable players and not too many who seem like campaigners now that Ballantyne is gone. Massive respect for Mundy and Fyfe.

So excited about Sam Darcy’s debut. Actually can’t remember a debut since Stringer’s that I’ve looked forward to more. The game is likely going to be too hot for him to impact massively but I hope he does a couple of good things today. His form in the VFL has just been so good to watch and he deserves to get his chance today. Good luck big fella! Sticky hands young man and have a great day out

Don’t get the chance to go to many games but I’ve been lucky enough to see Smith and Marra’s debut games. Excited to add Darcy to that list too. Always great to see these hyped youngsters play in person - I’m especially excited to see how tall Darcy is. Hope he has a great game. Go dogs!
