CD burning problem

I was trying to burn some music on a CD, but after 3 tracks I got an error message and couldn't record onto the disc after that.

Have I wasted a disc because of this or is there a way I can add to the 3 tracks?

once the disc is finalised you cant add any more tracks.

there could be many things that caused it, maybe currupt files? or more likely a crap cd, try burning with another blank disc and try burning at a lower speed

I'm not sure but i'm guessing if you were burning tracks it would scan the songs before you burnt it and if there was a problem it would come up before it was ready to burn.

I think your computer probably needed a defrag and needed cleaning or two many programs are running at the same time and that did something or the CD was a bit crappy or had a bit of dust that stuffed it. It happens to everyone. It just gets you mad if it keeps doing it.
