This is the same club that gave up 14 for an uncontracted Baker

100% yes. They need goals from the midfield badly. Its why Bolton is in but then I feel they need 2 players of that type. Its why most people think Kozzi Picket should be Freos target next year if it isnt Warner

Common sense says hawks wouldn't trade pick 14 last trade period but they did and they added to their draft hand

Geelong hawks essendon and Port would do it .

If chad picks us and our pick offer is better than anything freo can offer why not?

We play mr nice guy at the detriment of the quality of the list .

Sydney get enough of a leg up from the afl so I wouldn't care . They will be a top team again next season and they already get access to a top 5 pick .

Realistically if we played Mr Nice Guy over freakin Liam Baker we dont have much of a leg to stand on here.

We will and probably should. Warner is a guy to just get done and move on. I want us to make a stand against AFL HQ before I worry about pick 3 vs pick 7 stance against Sydney

Not that I’m aware of but GTG has answered that succinctly.

I think we will continue drafting inside mids, it would appear that kicking skills and an outside game are merely a bonus to what we’re after. Sheldrick fits the mould perfectly in a great age bracket. We’ll ask the question.
