If he does we will be one tall short on the backline
Howe and Moore aren’t enough usually
If McKay doesn't get up I would be totally fine with that kind of a change.

Or, Allan in and Perryman plays more of a true defensive role, and Maynard rolls up to a taller opponent as he has done before.

In that situation without McKay yes no problems but definitely need another tall for most games for the rest of the season

Which teams would you be concerned against if we had Moore, Howe and Bruzzy playing as our talls? It's only Dogs and Carlton for me.

Think I feel similarly, particularly with no Daniher nor Hawkins around anymore

With Curnow not happy about being played underdone last week im thinking there's a divide between coach and players at the moment. Losses are going to magnify it even more hopefully

The major divide is Vossy played in quality teams under a great coach

On paper - Essendon (Draper, Langford, Caddy)
You'd be worried that Draper, Langford and Caddy would be too much for Moore, Howe and Maynard?

Personally, I'm with Bucks who when they were talking about Collingwood's issues in the Dogs match post Reef's injuries said I don't think it'll matter - Reef's the 4th best in that team for a tall role.

If Bruzzy replaces Reef, I think we gain in terms of the aerial battle. It's losing Bruzzy from his usual role that hurts.

I was expecting lockett and Dunstal but not that trio of guns

I won't be surprised if Perryman in defence does become plan A. To me Bruzzy in Reefs spot and Perryman in Bruzzy's role is an upgrade on what we began the year with.

Rather than Frampton, I'm hoping we bring in a kid. Ryan, TJ or Parker if Perryman plays mid. Or Allan if Perryman plays defence.
Don’t disagree but I think that says more about what we began the year with.

I’d take a kid over Frampton as well but I’d rather be a kid to has to potential to grow into a Murphy lite role of being the third man in and cutting off attacks rather than a half back.

Cochrane?

Adelaide, GC and GWS. Carlton don’t really bother me because they don’t have the smalls to scare us allowing the likes of IQ and Houston to sag off with how slowly they move the ball. Those three are tall and fast which bothers me.
