After receiving an anonymous package at his door, the Sniper slowly unwrapped the unmarked parcel carefully. To start with the alluring shine of jewels inside were enticing, but as he carefully pulled it out of its protective wrapping, he felt an unexpected warmth. The burn marks from his misfired rifle on his hands started to tingle with pain and it took some time to realise that the amulet itself was also tingling. It kept getting hotter and he dropped it to the floor and started to run to the door - this amulet was no longer the mythical protection that he had heard rumours of.

With a deafening roar, the amulet erupted in a blinding explosion, engulfing the entire village in chaos. In the aftermath of the blast, the landscape lay in ruins with Villagers scrambling to make sense of the devastation. Accusations of treachery and betrayal filled the air as survivors attempted to piece together the events leading up to the catastrophic detonation.

But in the midst of the chaos lay a solitary body.

I’m glad I got visibility of where that amulet landed CursingFijian because I came pretty close to casting my vote on you today. Was concerned it was lost to a faction.

I didn’t anticipate it would explode this quickly. I tried playing the look away hand off hoping evil would stay away from you.

I also thought if you and MP played along it might help evil lose sight of where the amulet actually was. A tactic which often works well in a flog faction.

Understand, which is why I wasn’t commenting until the landing spot became evident in the thread. I’m not glad to lose MP but I’m glad that it was with a reasonably sensible alternative once I missed out on it because as of deadline this morning I wasn’t completely convinced it was.

Does anyone know if the Vampire dying overnight means their recruitment goes through or not? I'm thinking not. Which means that only 3 were recruited, and only one remains. Also means we should start seeing some vampire related kills from tonight.

King Tenz do you have any thoughts on vampire recruits and can you explain why thewizardmelon is most likely to be the last remaining vamp?
