How do these people have enough freezer space for 30L of ice cream or 20 frozen seafood baskets or 40 boxes of nuggets and frozen chicken or 30 packets of frozen chips. Amazing.

Good to see if still sell the pack which only contains baked beans and tinned spaghetti for when the nukes fly and you have to survive in your bunker.

we get them come into work, not so much now, saying i need a new chest freezer, my chrisco order is coming tomorrow, nothing like leaving it to the last mintue

“I need a freezer which can store a years worth of frozen seafood baskets”.

Shit really hitting the fan here

- Books holiday / puts other shit on lay by

- instead of paying for it, puts the money aside elsewhere

- instead of putting it in a bank, puts it toward a Hamper King VISA gift card and gets charged 15% or whatever for the privilege

- Hamper King ***** up delivery of card. Lay bys cancelled, holidays cancelled

Srsly how tf is this even legal

Read this article on the way to work. The two kickers were...”and the caravan park are going to cancel their holiday” + “we do the hampers to get ahead”. Ffs people.

Had to come here after seeing that. I cannot work out the thought process in their decision making.

”We’re a young family trying to get ahead”

‘Trying to get ahead’ lol. Surely of all the flimsy justifications one could make for willingly participating in these scams, ‘trying to get ahead’ isn’t one of them.

I’m gonna try to get ahead later this afternoon by setting $250 in cash on fire.

I think you’re overthinking it if you think there is a thought process.

You missed the - I made a tree out of tissues and chicken wire. Far out Christmas must be depressing for these people.

The tree made from toilet paper and chicken wire is the real xmas story here

"How do I shop for my six kids and extended family"

There's a fine line between 'sad' and 'what are you doing with your life'?
