No one know's the whole story outside of those involved. As soon as the AFL took the reigns on this it only had one direction. Curious that he has bailed one week before the parties were to meet for mediation?

Mediation next week has been dismissed by Fagan as untrue.
Given the severity of the allegations they need to be properly tested in civilian court to determine if it is true and Hawthorn owes the accusers compensation or if the complainants need to pay the Hawks and coaches compensation for defamation.

Could this be just struggling with expectations within North, you've been spoken about as this Messiah of coaching and the team is still looking like a rabble.

Rhys Shaw also stepped away, maybe North's environment isn't all that great.

Obviously the Hawthorn investigation plays a part in all this but it may not be the main Character.

It's not just him or even just these three - we live in a society that happily ignores the right to presumption of innocence, led by a largely woke media who crucify anyone from a "majority" when they get the chance. The allegations were treated seriously because they were serious allegations. What was the media meant to do? Have any articles stated that the accusations were undoubtedly true and that the players were undoubtedly victims of Clarkson? If they did they would be wide open for defamation charges unless they had proof.

Of course the contents haven’t been released but to the public that’s irrelevant, the fact is they’ve requested them clearly to assist their defence. There is no reason to withhold that information if the want true mediation.

What about the MH of those Indigenous players and families?

Again the whole situation is sad for everyone involved. This isn't an either or situation clearly the process is going to be tough on all those involved and have a negative affect on the mental health of both sides which is why the investigation needs to be resolved.

And again the investgation is ongoing Clarkson may or may not be innocent I'm not going to take sides until the investigation is done and actual facts are released.
