I’ve read too many of his tweets and didn’t even noticethe not needed apostrophe in "Club's"
On the button - AFL has no idea about the rules related to ‘Need to hold’ sensitive information.
The document is either restricted release under Commission Eyes Only, or it’s releasable to the Club CEO’s under a ‘limited release’ caveat.
If there’s some information they don’t want released to anyone...they should release a redacted copy to the CEOs.
It would be marked - Commission Eyes Only or Limited Release - Redacted.
Storage & Transmission is determined by the document classification - ie In-Confidence, CONFIDENTIAL, etc.
So -

OR - (Limited Release)
- Redacted
Trouble is the ex-coppers they employ at the AFL have no idea about INFOSEC and PERSEC
Letting people loose with pencils is a sure way for the stuff to find its way under noses that have no ‘need to know’.
