Hodge is not a coache's a$$hole. The bloke is as rough as guts, drink drives as a senior player in 2015 right before finals, missed training earlier this year and got suspended.

If at his mature level can't do the simple discipline things, how the hell would you expect him to be a coach of a footy club?

Plenty of other potential players that would be better suited to groom.
