yes some must be getting through but I would guess less than your ratio of 100:1 because border force seem to be good at finding it in the mail also catching the boat drops

More than half a tonne of illicit drugs sent by mail to Queensland has been intercepted under an AFP and Australia Post operation.
"The AFP is aware that organised crime groups (OCGs) use the mail and parcel post system to import illicit drugs in combination with their other import streams."

"Based on interviews with 774 people with a median age of 24 in Australian capital cities who regularly use illicit drugs, the number reporting cocaine use in the past six months jumped from 68 per cent in 2020 to 80 per cent.
It is the highest percentage since monitoring began in 2003, however frequency of use remains low."

Michelle Campbell, the clinical services manager for Lives Lived Well in regional NSW, says alcohol use accounts for 35% of services offered, meth 30% and cannabis 15%."
