That's a pretty tough comp and Keilor have been dominant for so long they don't have many friends. Wouldn't take much to bowl a 70kg kid over tbh. I'm sure he expected it.

90% of the time the kid can’t handle it, go into their shell and end up back in the 19s. Obviously he is destined for higher honours than most kids playing local footy

You go after the young players to see if they can handle it, you know a 30 year old playing there 100th and something game can or can’t.

Like the phantom pointed out the world has changed. For anyone suggesting it’s a means to “test” him how would you feel if it were your son?

He's back to Jets this weekend. He will be better for the experience playing against men for the long term.
