I think Richmond’s make sense. They’re doing an us in 2018, aging riewoldt, Prestia, Cotchin, Martin, Lynch etc. sign taranto/hopper etc to 6-7 year deals and worry about it when the first 5 have retired.

I’m all for it but the success is in whether you get a flag or not, we didn’t hence the disaster we had in the 2020 off season! When you’ve already got 3 in the bank though probably doesn’t matter

Cats I understand. I dont think too many Cats would be on huge money. Jezza and Danger obviously, but I was under the impression that Selwood and Hawkins are now on mediocre money.

Would be nice if we could land one of them. I’m not sure how I feel about mcstay or frampton. Haven’t seen much of hill or Mitchell to comment enough but the fact that Mitchell is nearly 30 concerns me a bit…. Surely the two GWS boys would be more ideal?

It was a no from me until Adams went down, he’ll struggle getting back at his age if the injury is as bad as reported.

If he looks after his body (and he does) he could give us three or four good years.

I would be massively keen on bringing Stocker in. While it was only VFL level, I was really impressed watching him in that final against our VFL side. He is really strong over the footy and is physical with decent foot skills.

Stocker, Hill and Frampton all look like low cost options to fill positional weaknesses for us and provide really strong depth.

McStay is coming in, and it is looking like the final list piece is to either keep Grundy or to offload Grundy and use the freed up cap space to bring in a midfielder.
