Collective action problem. I'm not massively incline to because I don't think think enough will actually be sent for it to do anything; but I'm keen to if everyone will.

We could collectively draft a template for anyone to easily copy and send.

To clarify, I'm not supposing we yet know what the club is actually doing, but this could serve as a kind of warning/statement of preemptive feeling.
