I think thats a perfectly fine drafting record.

Hough and Ginbey are the only two with a big chunk of AFL experience, 1 is elite and the other looks to be very good at the least.

Hewett should have the possible elite tag too.

Thats 2 elite, 1 very good, and 3 more possible elites over 3 years, one of those years we didnt even have a great pick anyway at pick 14.

6 guys we can count in our best 22 in 5 years time, plus a few more who could be decent role players

Thats pretty good tbh

Its also only 3 years, you arent counting 2024 in your analysis
