I never watch the news, but the misses does, and man is it ever a joke. Covid this, covid that, it’s all fear mongering. And couldn’t help but laugh the other day with hundreds of cars going to the testing station and saying it’s open 24 hours. How stupid are people, honestly? Why are we so stupid? Got petrol last night, asked to QR code, get stuffed. Why?? No cases, no one sick, why are we so brainwashed!? Wake up you idiots.

If a patient succumbs to pneumonia and they’ve tested positive to COVID or even just had symptoms like;

• R05 Cough

• R06.02 Shortness of breath

• R50.9 Fever, unspecified

Or they’re asymptomatic, have no symptoms but have a positive test from a high cycle PCR and die of pneumonia, acute bronchitis or Lower respiratory infection,

assign code U07.1, COVID-19 as cause of death.

I never watch it either other than if i go to parents for dinner and they have it on. I do stand by the fact if people stopped giving it ratings media have to move onto something else and the lunacy ends. Its all such garbage too like wastewater tests or QR compliance at shops or AFL games going ahead with a random number of fans. Utter shite from start end

Ha, if it was they'd find that there is no point that the general public would question anything. It could literally go on forever, as long as the news says it's so, they will believe it. I had a discussion with a good friend of mine the other day, laid back guy, nothing much fusses him. Was absolutely ropeable the they didn't lock down sooner and harsher. The new variant is so quick! Don't you care about small business? This is about health!

Wouldn't surprise me.. Australia is the only country to handle it the way they have. For no good reason either.

I do know that Australia is and has been for a long time a testing ground for big corporations, for example the first McCafe in the world was in Australia. It's a similar market to bigger North American markets but small enough that if it bombs not too much is lost. So yes, I think your thought bubble is a possibility.

I expect it would have been along the lines of using the current laws to your advantage. I don't care what Merlino, Sutton, the MSM say, they cannot force you to wear a mask and a mandate is not a law. You are not breaking any law if you don't wear one, how can you be when there are exemptions?

Seriously everyone needs to read the sections about masks on the DHSS website. You don't have to wear one when your eating, drinking, having a dart. You can take a break from it if you feel you need to and so on. You are exempt for medical reasons but you don't need a note from your doctor, cops can't ask to see it.

On top of all this if you do get a fine and don't pay it it will get dropped.

If I didn't know better it actually looks like they are trying to get us to stand up for ourselves for once in our pathetic lives and take our rights back.

I think it’s a combination of the government being inept, a terrible media and the population generally being isolationists. Most of the western world is starting to move on. Look at beaches in the UK, sports in the US etc.
