Little roo was found by a neighbour alone and cold, his mum was nowhere to be found but presumably hit by a car and limped off to die. he is the first one we rescued ourselves rather than had handed over by a shelter who received them.

He has had problems with his guts, pretty common for these little ones and with the stress he has been under it makes it worse. We had to take him to the vet for some antibiotics and hydration, he is pulling through but we are going to have to reestablish his gut flora as he would normally get that from his mum. Being a roo daddy is harder than human daddy some days.
Your a good man horse need more people like you. So many Roos and Wombats hit by cars this way, it’s sad.

Could Margaret Court be any more of a bitter entitled crone if she tried really hard?
Continues to justify her status in the game on the back of an era that excluded professional players.
At least half of her titles were won at a time that excluded some of the best players in the world.
But you know, god doesn’t see that. According to Court, god only sees people who conform to a very, very strict definition of humanity.
If she didn’t have the sporting profile she has, we would never have heard of her and if we somehow came across her rantings, we would simply walk away.
As we should now.

In 25 years time Tony Lockett will still hold the AFL goal kicking record. And his world view will be as relevant and newsworthy as anyone else in the nursing home. Drink a cup of tea with him. Listen to his stories about his days of glory, but who cares what he thinks about social politics.
